Creating abundance in your life starts with your thoughts and your emotions.  Your thoughts and emotions (especially fears) in the past created your present reality. If you're not happy with the way your life is today, start changing your thoughts and your emotions NOW to create your new reality using the techniques in the Create Abundance newsletter.

To enjoy a perfect mind is to be HAPPY.  What does it mean to be happy?  To be HAPPY is to be AT PEACE within yourself, to feel an inner feeling of safety and security.

Meditation is one of the best ways of being at peace
within yourself.  I was once told this beautiful statement which really resonates with me and it may resonate with you as well:

When you pray, you talk to God
When you meditate, you listen to God
.

When you hear that inner voice, you can never be afraid and when you are not afraid, then you are happy, you are living "in love" rather than "in fear".

Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Martial Arts are all ways that help you focus your mind and make it easy for you to meditate.  They strengthen your mind and your body.

Chanting is another way to focus your mind.  Pick any sound or phrase that feels comfortable for you such as "OM", "Hallelluyah", "I am abundance" "I am love", etc. and use it while driving, walking,
waiting in line, being put on hold on the phone, etc.
You'll find that instead of being stressed, you'll
actually enjoy the commute, walk, wait.  Be in the present moment and live in the present moment.  For by living in the present moment, you are incapable of having fears (which are always for the future based on the past experiences).   

Be joyful.
Smile when you do anything even when you don't feel like smiling.  Soon you'll find that you feel more at peace as smiling becomes a habit and people around you will join you in smiling.

Make a difference, share a smile.  Make an even bigger difference, share a pink balloon. Ask me how and I'll share it with you.

 In computer language, if you put Garbage In,
you'll Get Garbage Out.

The same goes for our minds.

Just remember you are a Shining Light, a
Beacon
 and a Blessing for the entire World.
You have a purpose on this Earth and
without you, the world will be poorer.

You are perfect as you came.  Now you just
have to accept it, believe it and you'll be at
peace.

 

Feeling Stressed Out

Here's a quick and wonderful  way to de-stress
when you only have a couple of minutes.
 

Go to a quiet place, think of a time when you were on
holiday and felt very good. Recreate that time as closely as you can.  I always remember my holiday on a deserted beach in the Bahamas so I will use that as an example.
I see myself on the beach. I feel the sun warming up my body.
I feel the sand under my toes.
I can hear the warm breeze blowing through the palm trees and
the seagulls crying overhead.
I hear the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.
I spend a few minutes enjoying the feeling that
I had when I was on the beach.
I even see myself swimming in the warm, azure blue waters.
 
Just a few minutes doing this technique will totally
relax you and de-stress you wherever you are if you make the picture as real as you can!!

 The Law of Attraction

Here is an excerpt from The Basics of the
Teachings of Abraham
Esther and Jerry Hicks:

To better understand the Law of Attraction,
See yourself as a magnet attracting unto you the
essence of that which you are thinking and feeling.
And so, if you are feeling fat, you cannot attract thin.
If you are feeling poor, you cannot attract prosperity.
And so on. It defies Law.
 
The more you come to understand the power of the
Law of Attraction,
the more interest you will have
in deliberately directing your thoughts
for you get what you think about, whether you want it or not.

Without exception, that which you give thought to is that
which you begin to invite into your experience.

 

If you know that all is well, you know all you need to know. And if you know life is supposed to be fun, you know more than almost anybody else knows. And if you know that the way you feel is your indicator of how connected you are to Source, then you know that which only a handful of Deliberate Creators, respective to the total population, really know. The beasts all know it. Your animals know that all is well. Your animals live in the moment. They understand the power of their now. They expect the Universe to yield to them. They don't worry or fret or conjure or make laws or rules or try to regulate. They are Pure Positive Energy. Your beasts vibrate more on the Energy scale of contentment than of passion. Their desire was set forth from Nonphysical, and continues to be set forth by those, like you, who want Energy balance, who want sustenance. The difference between the beast and the human is that the beast is more general in its intent. The human is usually less blended, usually less allowing of the Energy to flow, but is more specific. And that is why the human is seen to be the Creator while the beast is more the balancer of Energy.
